BHARGAVA Musthi is a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 6 years of experience in research, design, development, and evaluation of products predominantly in Heavy Engineering, SPM/OEM Machinery, and Aero domains. Currently, he is working as a Design Engineer I at Chart Industries, Inc. where he has derived a new product (NPD) with multiple possible configurations for each sub-system as per the requirement. He has been involved in the product development process from conceptualization to product approval stage for manufacturing. His work involves sheet metal, weldments, surfacing, and material selection with respect to product requirements. Before joining Chart Industries, Inc., BHARGAVA worked as a CAD Design Engineer/Preliminary Associate at Cognizant. He was responsible for designing aircraft surface outer module line, panel, zone & internal aerostructure using mesh files using reverse engineering techniques using scan to 3D module (Solidworks) with the required tolerance of deviation. He also designed components of subsystems like Fuselage, Wings, Stabilizers, Nacelles & Pylon, Landing Gears, etc. and segregated each subsystem into multiple secondary level assemblies. BHARGAVA's experience at Cognizant gave him exposure to real-time structures of aircraft and their OEM nomenclature and design in the aerospace industry. BHARGAVA has also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Zetatek Industries Ltd. where he derived the initial Product Design Specifications (PDS) in coordination with the marketing department and with CMMI level clients. He optimized conceptual designs for sheet metal operations and worked with sourcing and suppliers to reduce the manufacturing cost of design thus improving profit margin and vendor development. BHARGAVA also has experience in detail design, BOM of heavy engineering structures and its components as per HMT standards. BHARGAVA holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Cad/Cam from Osmania University, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Vathsalya Institute of Science & Technology(JNTUH). He also completed Intermediate (10+2) from Narayana Junior College and SSC from Sri Krishnaveni Talent School. BHARGAVA has experience in Apache Airflow, research, product design, and testing. With a total of 7.19 years of relevant experience, BHARGAVA is a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in Heavy Engineering, SPM/OEM Machinery, and Aero domains.
